The Life Time Fitness Triathlon takes place on Saturday, July 11, 2009 at Lake Nokomis in south Minneapolis. Whether you're a competitor, spectator, volunteer or sponsor, we have all you need to know all about the different races, course and events that make up this exciting day.

The professional division competes on the International course, with thousands of amateurs following their lead on the International or short courses as individuals or part of a relay.
